Conditions of Use

YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We do NOT sell products to minors. All purchases must be made by an adult over 21 years old, who can purchase with a credit card. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

SALES TAX:
We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within Washington State, and any other state that we may be obligated to collect sales taxes. Please note that in accordance with Washington state law, the destination sales tax will be applied to all purchases to be delivered in state. 

RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from Gilbert Cellars are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
