Come meet the fresh new faces of Gilbert Cellars Tasting Toom!
Alex Frank
server
A recent graduate from Whitman (May 2008) with a degree in English, Alex moved to Bellingham after finishing school. Having no plans to use his degree the first year out of college Alex played in bands and began plotting his next move. He kept busy working at an organic grocery store but, after a few months of the post-graduate life decided that he would make the move back home. Now in Yakima, Alex spends his days mixing with the winos at Gilbert Cellars and in his spare time he is studying for the September LSAT’s and applying to law schools. In Alex’s perspective; “Life's pretty good.”
Dacia Gamache
server
After spending the past 13 years enjoying the surf and sun in California, Dacia has returned to her roots here in the Yakima Valley. After completing her undergraduate degree in Child Developmental Psychology and a minor in Dance from Saint Mary’s College, the medical field caught her interest and brought her to seek her RN Certification from Los Angeles Harbor College. Two semesters in, Dacia felt the undeniable pull of the Eastern Washington sun and put in for a transfer into the WSU nursing program. There she will be completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Both Yakima and the Gilbert Cellars Team are excited to welcome her home. Dacia has brought with her a love for the Valley, a thirst for knowledge and a taste for good wine.
