Rosé of Mourvedre - A Dry Rosé

In the tradition of the great dry roses of Bandol and Provence, the Mourvedre for this Rosé was harvested at 23.5 brix and fermented cold to retain its delicate aromatics and bright fruit character.  Like great Rosés from these areas, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, which allows for a richer, creamier palate with an enduring finish.
