2007 Left Bank

A firm, well-rounded and complex Bordeaux-inspired blend.  This wine's black cherry, crushed herb and vanilla characters are backed by a palate-cleansing acidity and ripe tannins.  It is an extremely versatile pairing wine that blends harmoniously with red sauces and roasted garlic. It goes great with the entire spectrum of meats and is delightful with heavier fish like tuna or swordfish.  Try matching its herbal qualities with fresh herbs and mushrooms.  Drink now through 2013.

2006 Estate Claret

"Claret" is an Old-English word from the middle ages that was used to describe wines from the Bordeaux region of France.  Today we use it for our Bordeaux-style blend composed of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc.
