Music in the Vines Concerts & Spring Shows

Join us for beautiful nights at The Hackett Ranch

Video: Music in the Vines Concert Series

We love an evening filled with wine and music, and have been staging concerts since summer 2011. Good fortune found us when a friend helped us book a show for a small band that later hit it big — The Lumineers. Our guests had such a great time that we’ve been planning shows ever since.

We feature wines by the glass and bottle at each show, invite a local food vendor for you to enjoy, and provide a great night out in Yakima. Join us.

About The Hackett Ranch

The prominent view from the ranch is of The Ahtanum Ridge, rising 1,500 feet above the Valley. The Ahtanum is part of the Yakima Fold Belt of east-west basalt ridges formed by 17 million year-old lava flows. The ridges are ideal for wine-grape cultivation, as they create a wide expanse of south facing slopes that provide both drainage and maximum sun exposure for the vines.

This destination winery is the perfect setting for a private wine tasting, wedding or Music in the Vines concert. Named for original owners and cattle ranchers, The Hackett Family, the ranch was purchased in 1920 by the first Gilbert to arrive in Yakima — H.M. Gilbert.

Today, you can breathe in the view of vineyards, orchards, and lavender, all located just 20 minutes west of downtown Yakima. The Hackett Ranch is home to our family owned winery, our barrel room, The Cave, and our lawn style live music venue, The Amphitheater.

When the setting sun casts pink shadows on the Ahtanum Ridge, our geological wonder to the south, there is no place more magical than The Hackett Ranch. Host your wedding or special event at our destination winery!
